If you read this, you probably face the problem of long and unhealthy abdominal fat. Maybe you have heard and tried a lot of methods about how to get rid of the fat deposits in this body area, but you probably haven’t tried the program bellow. It’s important to know right from the start that if you want to permanently get rid of the belly fat, you have to combine diet with exercise. Here are 7 steps to follow in your program:
Eliminate from your diet all the junk food and sweet drinks like: chips, cakes, donuts, canned meats, soft drinks and fruit juices. It won’t be easy but you have to replace this junk food with aliments such as fish, chicken breasts, fruits, vegetables and soy products.
We recommend you to eat 1800-2000 calories per day. That means six meals with 300 calories per meal in one day. Each meal should be eaten every two or three hours. Your will full and keep your blood sugar at a normal level. Also you should do 25 exercises for the abdomen, four times per week. Lie on the floor with folded hands behind your head and try to lift your knees to your head. Try to go knees as close as possible to the forehead, then come back to the starting position. Run 10-15 movements of this exercise.
If you don’t like that exercise you can try the next one. Lie on your back with your knees slightly bent, feet on the ground and hands at your sides. Contract your abs, breathe deeply and exhale lifting the pelvis so as to form a straight line with the top of the body. Hold for five seconds, then return to starting position. Repeat this at least 10 times.
You may also try doing high cardio training, 30 minutes per session, six time a week. Try jogging or jumping rope for 3 minutes then stop and start jumping again.
