Cleanse your lungs with this garlic recipe

Scientists claim that the ingredients if this remedy  can prevent cancer. Eat healthy!

How to cleanse your lungs


– 1 small piece of ginger root
– 2 tsp turmeric
– 400 g  of garlic (cleaned and cut into 4)
– 400 g  of sugar (brown sugar preferably)

Preparation method
Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar and put it over the fire. When it begins to boil, add the garlic, grated ginger and turmeric. Wait until the mixture reaches a boil. Then take it off the heat and let it cool until it reaches room temperature. Keep your drink in the fridge.
Administration method
Drink 2 tablespoons of this mixture every morning and evening after meals.
For a better detoxification take a hot bath and also resort to eucalyptus essential oil inhalations.
Do not use this natural remedy if you are intolerant to at least one of its components.
