How to have a clean, free of germs bathroom in 4 steps

Bathroom is one of the favorite rooms of pathogens from the entire room. Because of the constant moisture, these microorganisms find a supportive environment in which to develop, so it is essential to disinfect and to ventilate properly. Take care to repeat these habits every two months. Here are four steps that will help you have a clean bathroom, free of germs.

1. Shower
To remove bacteria, put the shower head in a bowl or a bag filled with white vinegar, so that it is completely immersed in liquid. Leave it to soak  overnight and rinse in the morning. In this way you’ll get rid of Mycobacterium avium, a pathogen that can cause lung disease, especially if you have low immunity.
To get rid of stains and traces of limestone from shower doors, you can prepare a cream made of a few drops of white vinegar and to 200 grams of baking soda. Apply the paste directly on the doors and leave it on for 45-60 minutes. Then rub well with a cloth and, in the end, rinse with water.

2. Tub
For a shiny tub without stains and germs, use this next trick. Before applying cleaning solution, fill the tub with hot water and then empty it. In this way, the solution will better adhere to the surface  and thus it ‘ll be perfect to clean. To avoid bacteria and scale deposits, it is recommended to remove condensation from all surfaces and then open the window wide for 30 minutes, every day.

3. Tiles and sink

Get rid of pathogenic microorganisms and start cleaning from the  ceiling to the floor. After you apply cleaning solutions on walls, cabinets, mirror and sink, turn on the hot water in the shower.
Let it flow about 5 minutes to form steam. Stop and let the steam interact with the cleaning solution for a quarter of an hour. Then wipe all surfaces with a clean cloth. Finally, you can mop the floors.

4. Toilet bowl

The most important sanitary  object is the toilet bowl which must shine cleaning. Pour a cup of baking soda and let it  act after a few minutes, rub with a brush and then flush. To clean the toilet brush you need to soak it in a little chlorine. Let it act a few minutes and then rinse it. When you flush, it is best to close the cap. In this way, such as Salmonella or E. coli bacteria will not get on other bathroom objects.
